Our fabulous technician Richard, was kind enough to prepare a very traditional danish "sandwich" for my lunch today. Rye bread followed by butter, boiled potatoes, mayo, horseradish, pickled cucumbers, bell pepper, and green onion. Who knew potatoes and rye bread would be a winning combo? Cleaver Danes.
